KOSA is seeking a talented project architect to join our team in Bridgehampton. 

The successful applicant's responsibilities will include working closely with the firm principal and senior staff designing modernist, single-family homes ranging in scale from 3,000-8,000 sq ft while overseeing junior staff to develop full + detailed sets of construction documents.  

We're looking for someone who loves modern architecture and design and has 5-10 years experience on the higher end of the spectrum. You should be proficient in Revit + AutoCAD.  The ability to create photo-realistic renderings in 3D is required.
